Hosea 10:3 Jesus Omitted: The Godhead Obscured

For now they shall say We have no king because we feared not YHWH ALEPH TAV First Last  What then should a king do to us?

Comments: The Hebrew letters ALEPH and TAV are present in the Hebrew text of Hosea 10:3. In this verse the first and last letters of the Hebrew alephbet follow the plural name for the Almighty, YHWH.

Although translators don’t really know what the two letters together mean, they frequently translate ALEPH TAV as “the” or simply omit the letters altogether without even a footnote to tip readers off that they have fundamentally changed a verse because of the omission.

The ALEPH TAV is referred to as an “untranslatable symbol.” And it’s not just a case of leaving the letters untranslated, scholars omit them altogether when they can’t make sense of a sentence just because the ALEPH TAV doesn’t make sense as a “the,” which they admit they don’t really know it means that anyhow.

Why have we given scholars the authority to delete words from our sacred writings just because they don’t know what the words mean? Why have we given scholars a pass for failing to include words in a translation just because they are clueless as to the meanings? The only honest way to handle such instances would be to include the words or letters untranslated, and then add a footnote.

We see an omitted ALEPH TAV in Genesis 1:1. Most Believers have never heard that the two letters are there. Some believe (including this writer) the letters reveal Jesus [before he became the Son at his birth as a human] as being involved in the Creation. The literal reading in Genesis 1:1 is, “In the beginning Elohim ALEPH TAV (Elohim First Last) created the heavens and the earth.”

Some believe the ALEPH TAV symbol means “Strength of the Covenant.” If that is so, Yeshua, the First the Last, through his shed blood and the resurrection, is the strength of the Covenant Matthew 26:28.

Translating the ALEPH TAV in Genesis 1:1 reveals Jesus as THE WORD and as being the First and the Last, the Almighty Revelation 1:8, John 1:1, Colossians 1:16-17. Jesus is the Creator. Jesusis God. In the beginning Elohim ALEPH TAV created the heavens and the earth.

The ALEPH TAV in Genesis 1:1 is stupendous and should never have been left out.

Ecclesiastes 12:1 The Trinity

 Remember now thy Creator...

Comments: The Godhead is seen in Ecclesiastes 12:1. This verse literally reads: “Remember now the Ones creating of you.” The Hebrew word used for Creator in Ecclesiastes 12:1, is בּ רְ אֶ י (burai)—a plural noun—and not בָּ רָ א (bara Genesis 1:1), which is a verb.

The Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance (both hard-copy and online versions), which is the most frequently used go-to resource for lay-people, gives these two words the same number designation and definition, so the distinction between the two is hidden. However, it is easily seen in Hebrew English interlinears, where literal translation is used Online Hebrew Interlinear Bible (scripture4all.org)

Hosea 9:8-10 The Trinity

Which member of the Godhead is speaking in this passage?

8: The watching of Ephraim was [away] from MY ELOHIM [The] prophet [is] a snare of a trapper in all his ways and hatred in the house of his ELOHIM 9: They have deeply corrupted themselves as in the days of Gibeah because of this HE will remember their depravity HE will visit their sins 10: I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness I saw your fathers as the firstfruits in the fig tree at her first time But they went to Baal-peor and separated themselves unto that shame And their abominations were according as they loved

Comments: Hosea 9:8-10 We see the Godhead in this passage. Since every member of the Godhead is YHWH ELOHIM & ADONAI (all plural designations), we cannot know which one is speaking in verse eight. What we can know is that when one speaks, all speak John 10:31,1 John 5:7-8.

Since every member of the Godhead is YHWH ELOHIM & ADONAI (all plural designations), we cannot know which one is speaking in verse eight. What we can know is that when one speaks, all speak John 10:31,1 John 5:7-8.

An additional point of interest is that the speaker in verse :8 (this is not Hosea speaking. It is YHWH speaking.) refers to ELOHIM as “MY” ELOHIM. The members of the Godhead refer to the Godhead as their God.

Hosea Chapter 8

1: Set the trumpet to thy mouth [The enemy :3 shall come] as a vulture against The House of YHWH Jacob because they have transgressed my covenant and trespassed against my law 2: Israel shall cry unto me My Elohim we know you! Matthew 7:22 3: Israel has cast off the thing that is good The enemy shall pursue him 4: They have set up kings but not by me They have made princes and I knew it not Matthew 24:36

Comments: Hosea 8:4 YHWH ELOHIM said that Israel appointed princes and HE did not know it. Do we really believe The Almighty didn’t know what Israel was up to? No. HE knew it but was saying he was neither consulted in the choices nor did he give consent.

Of their silver and their gold have they made them idols that they may be cut off.
5: Thy calf O Samaria has cast thee off Hosea 5:9 Mine anger is kindled against them How long will it be ere they attain to innocency? 6: For from Israel was it also the workman made it Because of this it is not God but the calf of Samaria shall be broken in pieces 7: For they have sown the wind and they shall reap the whirlwind It has no stalk The bud shall yield no meal If so be it yield the strangers shall swallow it up 8: Israel is swallowed up Now shall they be among the Gentiles as a vessel wherein is no pleasure

Comments: Hosea 8:8 Israel being among the Gentiles as a vessel wherein there is no pleasure, means the Gentiles won’t like or appreciate them. Where they will not be outright persecuted, they will be barely tolerated and even resented for the benefits they bring.

9: For they are gone up to Assyria a wild ass alone by himself Ephraim has hired lovers 10: Yea though they have hired among the nations now will I gather them and they shall sorrow a little for the burden of the king of princes 11: Because Ephraim has made many altars to sin altars shall be unto him to sin 12: I have written to him the great things of my law But they were counted as a strange thing 13: They sacrifice flesh for the sacrifices of mine offerings and eat it But YHWH accepts them not Now will he remember their iniquity and visit their sins They shall return to Egypt 14: For Israel hath forgotten his Maker Isaiah 43:1 and builds temples and Judah has multiplied fenced cities But I will send a fire upon his cities and it shall devour the palaces thereof

1 Thessalonians 5:12

This verse is a classic example of hierarchical-English-translation-theology, where no hierarchy exists in the Greek text.

And we beseech you brethren to know them which labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you

Comments: 1 Thessalonians 5:12 In this verse the word translated as over is the Greek word proistamenous/ proistēmi Strong’s G4291.

One of the stated meanings of proistēmi to care for or give attention to. That is the example of Jesus with his disciples. Yet hierarchical Bible translators consistently define this word in ways that establish pecking order, most especially in ways that rank men overwomen.

The word translated as admonish (in this verse) literally means, put you in mind; recall to memory, remind.

Because of hierarchical bias in Bible translation, believers have been brought under the control of those who have not been called to "rule over them" but rather have been called to give attention to them, and to remind Believers of what the Word of God says.

With this in mind, 1 Thessalonians 5:12 should correctly be translated as: "And we implore you brothers and sisters to know them who labor among you and care for you in the Lord and recall to your memories [God's Word].”

Deuteronomy 7:14

Thou shalt be blessed above all people there shall not be male or female barren among you....

God protected women by saying [in his Word] that it was false to consistently blame wives for not bearing children. It was not always wives who were infertile.

In ancient times, if a wives bore no children, husbands could legally put those wives away and take new ones. But scripture made it clear that infertility of husbands could be the reason a marriage produced no children. But, alas, for centuries male dominated theology-- not criticizing men in general, just stating a pertinent fact--conveniently ignored the statement found in Deuteronomy 7:14, a statement that made clear the fact that husbands could also be infertile.

Acknowledging this scripture would have emancipated women from centuries of fear and suffering due to infertility censure.

Hosea 4:2-3,6

By swearing and lying and murdering and stealing and committing adultery they breach [Breach God’s hedge of protection – Job 1:9-10] and bloods in bloods they touch Therefore shall the [promised] land mourn and every one that dwells in it shall languish with the beasts of the field and with the fowls of the heavens Yes the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away....

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge Because you have rejected knowledge I will also reject you....

Comments: Hosea 4:2-3 It’s not a difficult thing to know what behavior breaches God’s hedge of protection. He lists these things in verse three: swearing, lying, murdering, stealing, and committing adultery. Basically, the ten commandments. The children of Israel, en masse, were guilty of all of these things.

Hosea 4:6 This verse is often quoted but rarely in whole. The part about rejecting knowledge is usually left out. Yes, ignorance can and does destroy, but within the context of judgement, as in Hosea 4:6, it is the rejection of God’s knowledge that can and does bring about both national and personal calamity.
